Stranded, day 2

Very pretty. An inch of snow, more coming down, and a half-inch of ice under that. We've called the hotel and told them to check us out and put our stuff in a box until we can come and get it. No telling at this point how long that will be.

Fortunately, I like Kate's relatives. We are warm and dry and have food to eat and games to play and videos to watch and lots of stuff to read. I have my computer and my phone AND THEIR CHARGERS! There are worse fates.

I only wish I had more clothes than what I'm wearing...
