Kitchen update

While kateyule is still in Phoenix, helping to protect democracy, I've been asked to post some photos of the progress that's been made on the kitchen while we were away. Here they are.


All of the appliances except the fridge and microwave (which are still in the living room) have been installed in their rightful places.





The cabinet handles have also been installed, including our beloved moose, though the drawer knobs have still not arrived.





And -- best of all -- our Marmoleum floor, with its custom inlay, is in place. It looks gorgeous.

We are also redecorating our kitchen. Alas we seem to be showing far less restraint, because new cabinets led to new floors, which led to a new bathroom and new laundry area and pantry and....

Well, you get the idea.

oooh ahh indeed. The stove and dishwasher look like they've been there forever. The floor is lighter than I expected... tho I probably shouldn't judge color from the screen. thanks sweetie. see you for dinner :-)
